1. Production Preparation

1.1 Content

For a professional outcome, it's crucial to gather all content beforehand and prepare it for production if necessary. To ensure optimal recordings of performers in front of the greenscreen and smooth editing, it is advisable to pre-write and practice the script, adjusting the speech flow as needed. During video recordings, the use of a teleprompter can further facilitate the process.

1.2 Storyboard

The narration script often includes additional images or videos that the speaker references throughout the video. These media files are assigned to corresponding text sections in the storyboard. Additionally, points of interest are associated with the text sections to direct the viewer's attention in each segment.

Virtual Studio 1 provides four different points of interest:

1. The virtual studio as a whole
2. The person in the virtual studio
3. The screen with media content
4. Both the person and the screen

It is recommended to use a table where you can enter the text sections, associated media, and points of interest. This provides a clear overview of the content during production.
